Patient Portal

All patients that have booked a surgical procedure at our office are required to sign up for their free patient portal account. This very important feature will allow our surgical patients the ability to securely message our nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any questions regarding their surgery. The portal also offers the ability for you to view your surgery packet online which includes very important information such as pre-operative and post-operative care instructions, your procedure consent forms, and access to your medical records. No surgical procedure will be performed on any patient that does not complete the required steps to set up their patient portal account.
